Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will allow you ample time to check in, shower, use the steam or sauna, and relax for a few moments before your treatment.
Please cancel or reschedule all Spa Appointments at least 4 hours prior to the start of service. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa and salon service received. A portion of the service charge is dispersed to the spa and salon staff members who served you and the remainder is an administrative fee. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
